Finance company's Internet went down after-hours, when no one was in the office. Staff would not be able to perform their jobs in the morning if they arrived at the office with no Internet.
For our Managed Service Customers, we monitor all Internet Service Providers (ISPs) 24x7. We received an alert late Friday evening that their internet was down. An ABT on-call technician received the alert, contacted the ISP immediately and started trouble shooting the issue. The office manager was notified of the alert and that we were working on it. The ISP and ABT technician dispatched and met on-site over the weekend. ABT, being a trusted partner, had after-hours access to the building via security code and key. ABT and the ISP resolved the issue by replacing the failed hardware.
Internet issue was resolved over the weekend so the office was ready for work on Monday morning. Office manager was kept up to date without interrupting their weekend time off.
Busy company was moving their main Charlotte office in less than a month and needed a replacement phone system since their current system was too expensive to move and did not meet all of their business needs. The phone system also needed to service an additional office in South Carolina.
ABT analyzed their current phone system needs and installed & configured the Cisco Hosted Phone System within a week and had it ready for the move. In addition, ABT moved their Internet, server, network switches, firewall, and PCs after hours.
The Cisco phone system was programmed and ready ahead of schedule. The office was moved to the new location without a hitch. The new phone system provided significant monthly savings since it was half the monthly cost of the previous system.

ABT migrated all of their locations to a full disaster recovery and backup solution. Systems provided for both on-site and cloud recovery of files or acted as an on-site Disaster Recovery Server.
These solutions were installed just in time. One of their locations had a failed server. They ran this site off of the on-site Disaster Recovery Server for several weeks until the server was repaired.
Growing Company with 25 employees was out of space at their current office and needed to relocate to a larger office. They were looking for assistance with managing the entire project.
ABT assigned a project manager who created a formal plan with a timeline and task list. We helped design and coordinate the network cabling of the new suite and scheduled the move for the Internet and phone system. The day of the move, ABT relocated the server, network switches, UPS, & backup system and provided an on-site technician the day after the move to assist with any questions.
Company was able to put the entire move of their IT in ABT's hands. The move went just as scheduled and as outlined in the formal project plan.

ABT was brought on board to provide full time IT support for both remote and on-site (including 24x7 critical) support. Customer's network was added to the proactive monitoring system which watches for critical issues affecting their major systems.
With the team of IT professionals from ABT, the backlog of IT requests was quickly taken care of. Several major IT design issues were pointed out and corrected. There were monthly cost savings, since ABT support agreements are a fraction of the cost of a full-time IT employee.

Upgraded Wi-Fi system to include wireless in the patient rooms. Provided backup and disaster recovery solution for the new system.

Food service company's network server was infected by the CryptoLocker virus after an employee had clicked on a link attached to an email.
ABT was able to take the infected PC offline immediately, remove the infected files from the network and restore good files from backup in less than 2 hours of downtime. ABT identified a subpar spam filter that was used by the customer and recommended a better solution.
Network server was back online within a couple of hours instead of being held hostage. No additional costs to the customer since everything was included in their maintenance plan.
Medical practice was struggling with lower income and higher operation costs.
ABT designed a maintenance plan that provided IT support for both remote and on-site (including 24x7 critical) support at a fixed fee. The flat fee maintenance plan provided the medical practice a savings of 60% per year over previous IT costs without sacrificing IT support.

We also installed a cloud based backup solution on all their computers.
